Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria (CSU)
What is it? Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria is a chronic immune-mediated skin disorder that causes recurring hives (raised, itchy welts), swelling of the skin and tissues (angioedema), or both for more than six weeks. Symptoms often occur unpredictably without an identifiable trigger and can fluctuate in severity over time. CSU may significantly impact sleep, daily activities, work productivity, and emotional well-being. Many patients continue to experience symptoms despite treatment with antihistamines and require escalation to more advanced therapies.
Current available trials:
- Adults (≥18 years) with physician-confirmedCSU.
- Symptoms inadequately controlled despite second-generation H1
- Initiating remibrutinib or escalating antihistamine therapy in routine clinical
- Able to provide informed
- Willing to participate in up to 24 months of follow-up.
- Access to a smartphone or internet-enabled device for study questionnaires and eDiary completion.
