A: PRP is a specialized part of your own blood that is rich in growth factors derived from concentrated platelets (cells that help the body to stop bleeding and help with immunity). This yellowish-colored fluid that forms after the blood is spun down is then used on the skin or in the scalp for rejuvenation. Because it is from your own body, it is natural and without side effects.
A: The popularity stems from the fact that we are using your own body’s potential to rejuvenate itself in a safe method and from a perpetually renewing source. This is being done to fight cancer and infection, and we have advanced the technology to enhance our skin and hair. The safety and efficacy of this option are better than any we have available today.
A: For hair loss, we recommended a starter boost of four treatments every 6 weeks. After completing this, maintenance treatments once every 6 months will help sustain the benefits. Everyone is a little different, so sometimes maintenance treatments need to be every 3-4 months or less frequently every 8-10 months. For skin rejuvenation, we recommend treatments once a month for 3 months and then once a season. Again, everyone will need their own maintenance regimen customized to their skin.
